Tassilo is a Managing Director focusing on M&A in the Private Equity team. Prior to joining AnaCap, Tassilo worked in the Financial Institutions M&A Group at Barclays Capital focusing on financial institutions in Europe as well as the Principal Investments Group of Willis Capital Markets & Advisory.

He holds a Master in Economics and Management from University of Cologne and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago.

Andreas Bösenberg has been active in the private equity industry for more than 20 years. Since 2000 he was responsible in leading and setting up private equity investment teams in the small-mid market segment and was jointly responsible for over Euro 2bn of invested capital. Also, he successfully assisted many portfolio companies during their transformation and growth phase and exited several of them in international IPOs and trade sales. In May 2018 Andreas was appointed managing director of NORD Holding an asset manager with over 2bn Euro of AUM, focusing on transformational investments in the German speaking region with a sector specific sourcing approach.

Marcus Brans is head of communications and member of the Digitalization Group of Triton Partners. He joined Triton in 2014 from Schaeffler where he was the Senior Vice President of Communications, Strategy and Marketing. He has also had similar roles at Allen&Overy, Shearman&Sterling and Linklaters&Alliance. Marcus holds a Political and Social Science Diploma from University of the Federal Armed Forces, Munich and an MBA from the University of Vienna and University of Minnesota, USA. Marcus advised 40+ portfolio companies on digital transformation and communication projects. He speaks frequently about his experiences on conferences re. digitalization, marketing, transformation, leadership and communication.

He studied International Business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and New York University’s Stern School of Business and also holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Manuel Hertweck is Managing Partner of capiton, which he joined in 2006 from a publicly listed merchant-banking group. Prior to this, he gained significant operational experience as a Board Member of Strato Medien AG. He started his career with Mars & Co, the international strategy firm, in London and Paris.

Mr. Hertweck holds a B.A. cum laude from Hamilton College, where he graduated in 1990. He held the position of Chairman of the Board for two capiton portfolio companies, nora systems GmbH and Schur Flexibles GmbH and Vice Chairman of Prefere Resins. From 2015 until 2018 he was a member of Invest Europe’s Mid-Market Council.

Joakim joined Nordic Capital in 2012 and has almost 15 years of private equity experience. He started his career with McKinsey in 1994, subsequently founded and was operational CEO of B2B industrial equipment portal Abtrax, was CEO of Essve and then joined EQT Partners.

Joakim holds an MSc in Finance and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Wharton Business School.

Dr. Rahlfs started his career as Top-Management-Consultant with McKinsey & Company where he worked mainly in the consumer goods sector.

He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and received a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) in Finance Theory and Strategic Management, both at the University of Lüneburg, Germany.

Born in 1966, Jürgen von Wendorff has been with the HANNOVER Finanz Group since 1998 and has been a member of the executive board since 2006. From 2015 to 2019 he was a member of the board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association BVK. As director of GBK Beteiligungen AG he managed the Group’s listed investment fund (GBQ) from 2003 to 2006. From 1993 to 1998 he worked for Preussag AG in Hanover, Würzburg and Sheffield (GB). He holds a degree in engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Berlin.
